The school believed on thecollaborative and democratic style ofleading people. Teachers is one of themost important resources in the school forwithout them pupils will not be given theopportunity to learn and enjoy themselvesworking in a child – friendly learningenvironment. External stakeholders are ourextended arms who are always behind theschool inadequacies especially in term ofresources.


One of the best practices the school isimplementing is the intensiveimplementation and monitoring of 12o’clock reading habit of all pupils fromGrades I to VI. The bell will ring at 12:30 sothat all pupils should be in their classroomsto read books, at the end of the schoolyear pupils with plenty of stories read willbe given an award. This is one way ofimproving pupils reading comprehensionand writing skills.


Project MAP (Monitor the Achievementof Pupils) is a guidance programintended for pupils with failing grades.The parents are given theresponsibility to guide and assist theirchildren in answering assignment athome. The parents will be monitoredalso by the guidance coordinator.Periodical grades will be the basis inorder to provide immediate action andintervention.


Project HONESTY is a newprogram from Grade I to VI pupils.They are provided with individualnotebook where they could writethe time they arrive in the morningand in the afternoon. This is todevelop pupils to practice honestyand to track pupils’ attendance.


CommuniTEACH Program which is one ofSMART Communications, <strong>In</strong>c. communityservice program under its Kabalikat saEdukasyon <strong>In</strong>itiative. It is a supplementarymentoring program that aims to improvelearning among public elementary schoolpupils. Through CommuniTEACH programthe school will be able to improve basiceducation by teaching, feeding andcollaboration.


MAKABATA Project a special program bythe Junior Trainers Circle adheres acomprehensive assumption that thechildren of Triangulo <strong>Naga</strong> <strong>City</strong> possessthe skills, attitudes and knowledge neededto live as useful, healthy and happycitizens. Its objective is to give the pupilsthe opportunity to learn and grow to behappy, healthy and useful citizens.


Gulayan sa Paaralan project aimsto convert the vacant portion ofthe school lot into vegetablegarden. This program let thepupils apply their knowledgelearned in gardening. It alsosupport the supplementaryfeeding of the school.


Awards and recognition forteachers is done to recognizeteachers who excel in the fieldof teaching learning processwith the objective of measuringteachers who excel in theperformance of their work.


SLAC Mentoring Sessionbased on School Memorandum#12, s. 2010 aims to improveteaching skills, refreshknowledge and acquire newtechniques and strategies inclassroom instruction.

Clean and Green Drive SchoolMemorandum #6, s. 2008. This is withconsonance with DivisionMemorandum #87, s. 2008: which isthe 2008 National Science Club andYES-O Month Celebration. It aims tomaintain the cleanliness of the schoolby cleaning each territorialassignment, landscaping and wastesegregation.

The school could not successfullyoperate without the assistance andsupport coming from the externalstakeholders. <strong>In</strong> this way, more pupilsare motivated to come to schoolbecause they have completed theirschool supplies. Some privateindividuals also gave donations onlythat they don’t want to mention theirnames anymore.

The school is one of theimplementers of BrigadaEskwela in the Division Theschool has plenty of potentialpupils only that they need to beexposed to develop and enhancetheir skills and abilities. Theschool needs more physicalresources to improve learningoutcomes.
