The heatthroughput is metered by the differentintervals between the press points so that theback area of the triplex tubes, through whichslightly less hot combustion gases circulate,transfers less heat to the boiler water. Thisway, the surface temperature remains abovethe dew point, the formation of condensateis counteracted and corrosion damage isprevented.Utilising condensing technology with theInox-Radial heat exchangerThe downstream Inox-Radial heat exchangermakes it feasible to utilise highly efficientcondensing technology, even with mediumsizedboiler system, such as theVitoradial 300-T. The seasonal efficiency[to DIN] is raised by 8 % to 97 % (H s).This principle ensures that combustionand condensation occur in physicallyseparate locations, so the combustion gasescondense in a location which is free ofdeposits. In practice, this means standardservice intervals for cleaning the combustionchamber and low maintenance costs.The new Vitoradial 300-T is available up to545 kW output. The stainless steel Inox-Radialheat exchanger is highly efficient.
