Gas condensing<strong>boilers</strong>Vitocrossal 300787 to 1400 kWThe Vitocrossal 300, type CR3B, is the topmodel amongst floorst<strong>and</strong>ing <strong>gas</strong> condensing<strong>boilers</strong>, available from 787 to 1400 kW. As asingle boiler system, it is the most powerfulcondensing boiler in the comprehensiverange offered by Viessmann. This makes itjust as suitable <strong>for</strong> residential complexes as<strong>for</strong> local heating networks, larger public <strong>and</strong>commercial buildings <strong>and</strong> industrial plants.Advanced condensing technologyThe design of the Inox-Crossal heatexchanger enables the Vitocrossal 300 toproduce a <strong>high</strong>er <strong>output</strong> of up to 1400 kW,whilst retaining its modest dimensions <strong>and</strong>low weight. In addition, easier h<strong>and</strong>ling isfacilitated by the split design.The <strong>high</strong>ly effective heat transfer <strong>and</strong> the <strong>high</strong>condensation rate enable st<strong>and</strong>ard seasonalefficiencies [to DIN] up to 98 % (H s)[gross cv] / 109 % (H i) [net cv] to be achieved.These <strong>high</strong> levels of st<strong>and</strong>ard seasonalefficiency [to DIN] are the result of thecountercurrent principle related to hot <strong>gas</strong><strong>and</strong> boiler water, along with the intensiveturbulence of the hot <strong>gas</strong>es as they passthrough the heat exchanger.The second return connector of theVitocrossal 300 enables a hydraulic connectionthat is <strong>high</strong>ly beneficial to the utilisation ofcondensing technology.Vitocrossal 300 <strong>gas</strong> condensing <strong>boilers</strong> areavailable from the factory with ELCO orWeishaupt pressure-jet <strong>gas</strong> burners.Convenient <strong>and</strong> <strong>high</strong>ly capable control unitThe economical <strong>and</strong> safe operation of yourheating system is ensured by the Vitotroniccontrol system with communication capability.The Vitotronic 300 control unit, which isparticularly capable, has now been positionedon the side of the boiler where it offersexcellent controllability. Up to four <strong>boilers</strong> withmodulating boiler water temperature, as wellas systems with one <strong>and</strong> two heating circuitswith an optional mixer, can be regulated.The plain text <strong>and</strong> the backlit display makethis control unit, with its integral diagnosticsystem, exceptionally convenient to use.External appliances <strong>and</strong> devices are connectedeasily via system plugs. St<strong>and</strong>ardised LONtechnology enables complete integrationinto building management systems.
