Whatare the relationships you must establish in your school? Are you true tothose values in your relationships?...You have to be prepared to jump inand say, I’m going to learn with you.. I’m going to research withyou...We’re going to learn together about how to make this happen in ourschool. And I care about our kids and I care about you and I care aboutthe process that we are going to follow to get there.(4:47) And that’s what it requires of you.
