Highlighted arevarious employees throughout the systemwith differing job titles but one commonperspective…OPRS is more than ajob and more than a workplace. We’veshared this video creation throughout theOPRS family and continue to share thisresource at new employee local orientationsand at our Corporate LeadershipOPRS orientation. Outside the walls ofOPRS, a few of us were asked to speakat the AOPHA State Conference and theAAHSA National Conference on ourphilosophy of the Power of One. We tookour employee video to further illustrateour point. Seeing the video of the familiarfaces of people who inspire lives every dayis breathtaking. It silences and capturesan audience of folks who don’t even knowthe OPRS story; and for those of us whodo know the story, it swells the heart evenmore greatly with OPRS pride. In addition to “talking pictures,” ourmost recent employee satisfaction surveyshowcased many written comments fromemployees on the following question:“Why do you stay at our organization?”
