Location – the materials shall be made available for delivery from Tata Steel’s KOLKATAstockyard. – NARESH KUMAR YARDFull payments and lifting of the material must be completed within 7 days from date ofauction approval.In the event of the failure of the bidder to pay the Sale value of the Bid and/ or lift thematerial within the stipulated time, the contract will automatically stand terminated andSecurity deposit of (fifty thousand) 50000 will stand forfeited for breach of contract by thebidder. TATA STEEL without any further reference to the bidder may resell the lot in question.In addition TATA STEEL is free to take any management action against the bidder (e.g. barringthe bidder from future auctions etc) as it deems fit.Price Basis: The prices are to be offered as follows:- During the on line auction, the prices are to be quoted for ex-KOLKATAstockyard EXCLUSIVE of Excise duty. ED will be charged at actuals.- Sales Tax / VAT any other taxes or levies are applicable.- Sales tax and other applicable taxes/ octroi /any other duties or levies shall bein addition to the prices quoted. Payment Terms :The materials will be allowed to be lifted only after full payment by demand draft / payorder (as applicable) towards actual quantity along with Excise Duty, Sales Tax and anyother Taxes / Duties applicable is received by Tata Steel.Placing of Lorries for lifting of materials is bidder's own responsibility and client shall notarrange for the same.Delivery orders will be issued only after receiving advance full and final payment.Specific Terms:Bidders are required to submit SECURITY DEPOSIT of Rs. 50000 (fifty thousand) in the form of Demand Draft orPay Order in favor of “mjunction services limited” payable at Kolkata latest on the auction day before 11AM, inorder to participate in the auction. For the non H1 customers the SD amount shall be returned after the closureof Auction within 10 working days. Security deposit shall bear no Interest.Tata Steel reserves the right to partially or totally accept or reject any/all bids placed in the Online Auction withoutassigning any reason whatsoever.
