Notes:1. Students in grades 9 – 11 will follow their regular class schedule on June 1, 2, and 3.2. All senior grades must be closed out by June 3.3. All buses will run at 11:35 on June 4, June 5, and June 8.4. All buses will run at 10:30 on June 9.5. No buses will run at 2:18 on June 4, June 5, June 8, and June 9. All buses will run at the regular time(2:18) on June 10.6. Students remaining on campus after exams on June 4, June 5, June 8, and June 9 are to report to the classesscheduled for the afternoon.7. Make-up exams will be administered by appointment with the teacher on the assigned days. The gradelevel administrator must approve all make-up exams. Only excused absences will be considered.8. Students must be present at the beginning of each exam period to take the exam. Students must be presentfor the entire exam period to receive credit for the exam.9. Students who are on campus during an exam period for which they do not have an exam must report to themedia center.10. The campuses of <strong>Leesville</strong> <strong>Road</strong> Elementary <strong>School</strong> and <strong>Leesville</strong> <strong>Road</strong> Middle <strong>School</strong>, as well as otherWake County schools, are strictly off limits on these dates to <strong>Leesville</strong> <strong>Road</strong> <strong>High</strong> <strong>School</strong> students.11. In all courses with an End-of-Course (EOC) test, the EOC test shall count as 25% of the student’sfinal grade. In courses without an EOC test, the final exam shall count as 20% of the student’s finalgrade.12. The final day for the after-school activity bus for the 2nd semester will be June 2.13. The EOC Retest #1, Intervention for EOC Retest #2, and EOC Retest #2 items on the exam scheduleonly pertain to the students affected by the End-of-Course (EOC) test requirements included in the newgraduation requirement implemented by the state at the beginning of the 2006-2007 school year. Thus, theEOC Retest #1, Intervention for EOC Retest #2, and EOC Retest #2 items apply to students in the 9thgrade for the first time during the 2008-2009 school year. In addition, 10th grade students who entered the9 th grade for the first time during the 2007-2008 school year are affected by the EOC Retest #1,Intervention for EOC Retest #2, and EOC Retest #2 items. The EOC Retest #1, Intervention for EOCRetest #2, and EOC Retest #2 items also affect 11 th grade students who entered the 9 th grade for the firsttime during the 2006-2007 school year. Furthermore, the new graduation requirement only involves thefollowing courses: Algebra I, English I, Biology, Civics & Economics, and U.S. History. It also isimportant to note that retest options are only available to students who fail the first administration of theEOC test associated with one of these courses; yet, they still pass the course with the initial test scorefactored into the course grade.
