REGISTRATION NOTESHOLDING SPOTSPlease note that spots WILL NOT be held without deposits and completed proper paperwork.COMPLETED APPLICATIONUpon return of the completed application form and payment, a receipt will be sent to you in November. Forthose who register between July and October 2013, you will receive an email or phone call to confirm yourregistration before the receipt is sent in November.DEPOSIT & FINAL PAYMENTPayment can be made by sending a cheque/money order (Canadian dollars) to the Burlington Office madepayable to <strong>Camp</strong> <strong>Wenonah</strong> or by Interac e-Transfer through your Online Banking toadmin@campwenonah.com. Deposit is $350 per week or $75 for WEEnonah and is due upon registration.Payments for online applications must follow submission within a few days. All balances are due by April 01,2014.REFUND POLICYUP TO JANUARY 31, 2014FEBRUARY 1 - APRIL 1, 2014:AFTER APRIL 1, 2014Full refund of all fees less a $25/week cancellation fee (per camper).Full refund of all fees less a $100/week cancellation fee (per camper).All fees are non-refundable.There will be no refund made for any camper leaving camp during any <strong>Camp</strong> Period, including for reasons ofhomesickness. In the case of illness or injury incurred at <strong>Camp</strong>, a credit for the following season will be given.Also, there will be no refund or reduction of fees for campers arriving late or leaving early.Please allow 3 weeks to process all refund requests.CREDITS/AMOUNTS OUTSTANDINGSome returning families do have small credits or amounts outstanding on their camp account(s) from pastyears. We will not process amounts of $5.00 or less (either credits owed or amounts outstanding). If an amountgreater than $5.00 is outstanding, please send that along to our Burlington Office as soon as possible. Accountcredits of $5.00 or more may be applied to fees or to other <strong>Camp</strong> expenses prior to <strong>Camp</strong> (laundry,transportation, out trips, etc.). Refund cheques can also be requested through the <strong>Camp</strong> Office.CABINMATE REQUESTSPlease note that cabin mate requests are honoured for those campers attending the SAME amount of time.WE ARE NOT ABLE TO GUARANTEE THAT ONE MONTH CAMPERS AND TWO WEEK CAMPERS WILL BE IN THE SAME CABINTWO WEEK AND ONE WEEK CAMPERS WILL NOT BE PLACED IN THE SAME CABINTRANSPORTATION - “THE WENONAH RIDER”“The <strong>Wenonah</strong> Rider” (a luxury highway coach) transports campers both to and from <strong>Camp</strong>, departing fromand arriving at Vaughan Mills Mall. Directions and bus times are confirmed in the Parent & <strong>Camp</strong>er Handbookand in the Leadership & Parent Handbook. Booking is made by request when submitting the Final Instructions<strong>Information</strong>. Complimentary shuttles to and from <strong>Camp</strong> are available from Pearson International Airport inToronto for all international/out of province campers arriving by airplane.THE WENONAH FOUNDATION<strong>Camp</strong> <strong>Wenonah</strong> is proud to have an extensive sponsorship program available to assist with the payment of<strong>Camp</strong> fees for families in need. The program is wholly sponsored by contributions from <strong>Wenonah</strong> families andfriends. There is a space provided to make a contribution on the application form.
