Harrington.It was a bitterly cold morning that reacheda high for the day of 7 degrees. The Globalfacility is the first stop for many of the oildelivery trucks from Glen-Mor and HeatingOil Partners.The <strong>Teamsters</strong> <strong>Local</strong> <strong>25</strong> Oil Division ispart of the International Brotherhood ofTeamster Tankhaul division.
