Local 25 membersserve as dispatchers, oil delivery personnel,service technicians and mechanics.Since the New England weather can beextremely cold, and a majority of homesrely on home heating oil for their heat,these workers are very busy in the wintermonths.Local 25 recently visited the GlobalOil Terminal location in Chelsea withSecretary-Treasurer Mark A. Harrington.It was a bitterly cold morning that reacheda high for the day of 7 degrees. The Globalfacility is the first stop for many of the oildelivery trucks from Glen-Mor and HeatingOil Partners.The Teamsters Local 25 Oil Division ispart of the International Brotherhood ofTeamster Tankhaul division.
