Entry into the contest will be deemed consent for use of gingerbread housesin the Gingerbread House Raffle.2. All gingerbread house entries must be delivered to the main entrance of theRoswell Park hospital from 7 a.m. - noon on Wednesday, November 30. ATree of Hope representative will be present during these hours to help you set upyour gingerbread house and to provide you with your official contestant number.Please do not drop off your gingerbread house without speaking with a Tree ofHope representative.If you are unable to drop off your gingerbread house during the abovespecified times, alternate arrangements MUST be made by calling AliciaBecker at 845-7665 by 5 p.m. on Friday, November 25.3. Attach (easily removable) a 3” x 5” card to each entry, listing:a. Gingerbread House Name (Be creative!)b. Individual/Group/Department Name

Judging by Members of Carly’s Club: Entries will be judged by pediatriccancer patients who are members of Carly’s Club. Remember this when makingyour creations. Think about what would make child’s eyes light up!5. Winners will be selected for prizes in the below categories:a. 1 st Place: Four Tickets to Sabres suite for December 13 game vs. Ottawab. 2 nd Place: David Nelson Autographed Footballc. 3 rd Place: Two Kissmas Bash tickets to December 6 concert at FirstNiagara Centerd. “Yummiest!” – $25 Dunkin’ Donuts Gift Cardi. Entries for the “Yummiest” category MUST be COMPLETELYedible. When dropping off your gingerbread house for the“Yummiest” category, please note that your entry is completelyedible on your entry 3” x 5” card. Please note that entries are only required to be 100% edible if they are beingentered to win within the “Yummiest” category. Otherwise, gingerbread housesmay be mechanically enhanced.7.
