Prior to his service at Daytona State <strong>College</strong>, he served as the director of Industry and Workforce Training/regional directorof the Michigan Manufacturing Technology Center at Northwestern Michigan <strong>College</strong> from 1989-2001. Sidor receivedbachelor’s degrees in environment science-sociology and business administration from Aquinas <strong>College</strong> in Grand Rapids,Mich.
