TCard and UTORid: your keys to U of T servicesYour TCard is your student photo identification card, your librarycard, and your key to various student activities and services. If youhave not yet picked up your TCard, please stop by the TCardoffice at Robarts Library (St. George Campus).You will need your TCard to activate your UTORid, which will alsoautomatically create your U of T email account. All officialcommunication from the University is sent to your U of T emailaccount. Once you receive your new email address, please updateyour contact information on the Student Web Service. YourUTORid will also give you access to online services.COURSESMost graduate courses and seminars begin the week of January9 th . Generally, students can use the Student Web Service to enrolland track course activity. Some graduate units have specificenrolment requirements, such as prerequisites and courseinstructor approval. Please consult the graduate unit offering thecourse for detailed enrolment instructions.Final Date to Add Winter Session CoursesThe deadline to add a January session course is January 23 rd .After the deadline, written permission will be required from thecourse lecturer, graduate coordinator and SGS. Add/Drop CourseForms are available on the SGS website.FEE DEFERRALS OR REGISTRATION WITHOUTPAYMENTOSAP and other provincial loan recipients can apply onlinethrough the Student Web Service to defer fees, pending receipt offunding.
