DRAFT <strong>CCSDS</strong> RECOMMENDED STANDARD FOR <strong>CCSDS</strong> BUNDLE PROTOCOL SPECIFICATION6.2.1.2 <strong>Bundle</strong> <strong>Protocol</strong> Senders6.2.1.2.1 A conforming BP implementation shall support the following in accordance withthe base standard:a) bundle transmission as described in RFC 5050 sections 3.3, 4.3, 5.15, and 5.2;b) bundle forwarding as defined in RFC 5050 sections 4.2, 5.1, 5.3, 5.4, 5.4.1, 5.4.2, and5.5).6.2.1.2.2 In addition, a BP sender shall also support the following capabilities inaccordance with the base standard:a) intermittent connectivity conditions specified in RFC 5050 section 1;b) late binding as described in RFC 5050 section 1;c) bundle delivery failure as defined in RFC 5050 section 3.1;d) bundle priority as defined in RFC 5050 section 4.2 and the ECOS appendix C;e) bundle deletion procedures as defined in RFC 5050 sections 3.1, 4.2, 5.13, and 5.14;f) dictionary byte array and revision per RFC 5050 sections 4.4 and 4.7.6.2.1.3 <strong>Bundle</strong> <strong>Protocol</strong> ReceiversA conforming BP implementation shall support the following in accordance with the basestandard:a) bundle acceptance in accordance with RFC 5050 section 4.2, 4.5.1, 4.5.2, 5.6, 5.7,5.9, 5.10, and 5.13;b) processing of custody signals as described in RFC 5050 sections 3.1, 4.2, 5.4, 5.4.1,5.4.2, 5.10.1, 5.10.2, 5.11, 5.12, 6.1, 6.1.2, and 6.3;c) node registration as defined in RFC 5050 section 3.3 and 5.16.<strong>CCSDS</strong> <strong>734.2</strong>-R-1 Page 6-2 February 2012
