245. Peter Bosshard Berkeley, CA I find it shocking that a country that routinely flouts human
rights and other international obligations in Gambella, the
Omo Valley and other regions can continue to be the
world's second largest aid recipient.
247. Brenda Asterino Renton, WA It is obvious that this activity is not for humanity nor for the
humane treatment of people in need. This is once again
corporate driven policy. That Must Change.
248. Gebrehiwot Ayele Washington, DC This involuntary relocation has to be stopped!!
history on this issue and needs to cease entering and
participating in partnerships with governments and other
entities which encourage and carry out such devastating
practices.
254. Aleta Kazadi Rocklin, CA This is scary and upsets me greatly. The wealthy are not
happy enough grabbing up what they can on their own
continent, now that resources look used up--by all means
destroy the neighboring continent where the residents
have other customs and are ruled by corrupt leaders paid
for by the same corrupt people who are trying this land
grab. Most Americans, I believe, are fair people who do not
appreciate this human abuse in their name by their
members. It is horrific. It reminds me of some of the Star
Trek movies where they would come to a planet and find a
very elite society enjoying all kinds of benefits and then
