ThePrincipal said she would get more details and a copy for the board.There was a discussion about terms of engagement.A motion for the meeting to move into Committee as per the Local Government andOfficial Information and Meetings Act was passed at 7.40pm.The meeting moved out of Committee at 7.45pm.There were no motions passed in committee.Sports ReviewThe Principal said the sports review is ongoing and will be discussed at other meetings.One of the aims is to have more staff involved.HoardingsThe Principal and the Property Manager met with the three companies. The board discussedthe report which is attached and also discussed the offers.The Principal asked the board to consider the larger sign and discuss at the next meeting.There was a discussion on OSH ramifications and hazards and some of the board would liketo see a mock up if possible.The Principal is to ask the Property Manager if there is a feasible site near the bus station.The meeting closed at 8.00pmThe next meeting for the Board of Trustees is on 2 nd July <strong>2013</strong> at 6.15pm. Grant Brownwill update the board on the 5YA.The meeting after will be on the 6th August and Jan Hill will conduct a board training.3


4Resolutions and motions for <strong>2013</strong>22 nd January <strong>2013</strong>The Schedule of Delegations was accepted by the BoardBoard meeting fees to stay the same at $155 for a trustee and $200 for Chairman for amaximum of 10 meetings or workshops per year. The Board approved the Principal’s application for concurrence for <strong>2013</strong>.26 th February <strong>2013</strong>The budget for <strong>2013</strong> showing a net surplus of $853, a cash surplus of $157,685, and acapital budget of $280, 168 was approved.9 th April <strong>2013</strong> The board approved the International Exchange Proposal with ST Croix, de Neuilly.The 2012 Draft Financial Statements were adopted by the board and the Chairmanand Finance Committee were authorised to make any changes required by theauditors.14 th May <strong>2013</strong> The Board approved the policies with the amendment to the Complaints Policy.4
