Turbo Sabre Reserving Special MealsQuick ReferencePROCEDUREDESCRIPTIONThe easiest way to reserve meals is todo so from the Express F1 graphicaltab (shown at right). You can alsoreserve meals from the Client dataGraphical tab. The contents of theExpress F1 Vertical Menu are shownat right.Graphical tab:Express Vertical Menu:1. Click Express F1.Click 5. Seats and Meals.Note: You can either click 5. Seatsand Meals with your mouse, or type 5on your keyboard.A pop-up window will appear as shownat right. Several choices are availablefor meals:• Request special meals• Cancel special meals• Display seats/meals2. Select Request special meals,and then press Enter.A pop-up window appears stating“Collecting PNR Information – PleaseWait”.Page 1 of 2

Flight information will be displayed inWindow 1.3. Click the down-pointing arrow tothe right of Meal type to make yourmeal selection.4. Click the down-pointing arrow tothe right of Passenger name tospecify which passenger isrequesting this meal.5.
