SUMMARYThe thermodynamic properties of saturated andsuperheated formaldehyde were evaluated at ten degreetemperature intervals from -19 ° C. to 400 ° C. and atvarious pressures up to 150 atmospheres.Lydersen's correlations were used to estimate thecritical constants.Vapor pressure data were calculated using Riedel'smethod. The generalized thermodynamic correlations of Hougen,Lydersen, and Greenkorn were employed to obtain valuesof the thermodynamic properties in the saturated andsuperheated regions. The values for temperature, pressure, specificvolume, enthalpy, and entropy for saturated and superheatedformaldehyde are presented in the form of tablesand graphs.vi
