Loan payments for7 years after pay<strong>of</strong>f. Paystubs until you receive your W-2.Property deeds and Mortgage papers (7 years after sale <strong>of</strong>property). Records to support tax returns, 7 years.Toss Immediately– Utility bill stubs that aren’t taxdeductible. Shred credit card statements unless theycontain deductible business expenses.
