A Junior will be born in 1993 or 1994,and a Senior will be born in 1989 or later.1988 or earlier ineligible1989 Senior1990 Senior1991 Senior1992 Senior1993-94 Junior1994 MidgetHow old was the student as of January 1, 2008?Transfer Appeal Meeting Dates for 2008-09Teachers, coaches and administrators are advised to maketransferring students aware of the transfer policy, but should notindicate that they will be declared eligible.Please encourage students to file their transfer appeals early in theschool year. This will ensure deadlines are not missed, and thateligibility status is determined well in advance of the season.Please ensure you have the most up-to-date copy of the policyand form. There is no appeal to this rule.To appeal an Association decision, please call the OFSAA officeand give the name of the student and his/her school, as well as thename of the principal. A letter will be sent to the student, c/o theprincipal, telling him/her the date, time and location of the appealhearing.
