Sweepstakes Sponsor: NASA Federal Credit Union, Upper Marlboro, Maryland2. Eligibility: Open to legal residents of the 50 US/DC 18+ who have a NASAFederal Credit Union-branded credit card or check card intended for use forpersonal, family or household purposes in good standing as of10/15/2012(“Card”). NASA Federal Credit Union employees, volunteers and theirimmediate families, including household members, are not eligible to win.Business and organizational cards are ineligible. Any member who has now or inthe past defaulted under a NASA Federal Credit Union agreement or otherwisecaused a loss to the Credit Union is also ineligible. “Eligible Purchases” arepurchases of goods and services made with a Card at a location in the US,excluding cash advances, cash withdrawals, balance transfers, accountadjustments and returns.3. To Enter: Each Eligible Purchase will result in an automatic entry. To enterwithout purchase, print your full name, complete billing address, day andevening phone numbers (including area code), email address (if any), date ofbirth, AND the last four (4) digits of your Card on a 3”x5” piece of paper and mailit, with proper postage to: iWin Sweepstakes Request, c/o NASA FCU MARKETINGDEPARTMENT, 500 Prince George’s Blvd., Upper Marlboro, MD 20774. Mail-inentries must be postmarked and (received) for each of the 12 weekly EntryPeriods as follows: Week 1: postmarked 10/15/12 (and received by 10/19/12);Week 2: 10/22/12 (10/26/12); Week 3: 10/29/12 (11/2/12); Week 4: 11/5/12(11/9/12); Week 5: 11/12 (11/16/12); Week 6: 11/19/12 (11/23/12); Week 7:11/26/12 (11/30/12); Week 8: 12/3/12 (12/7/12); Week 9: 12/10/12(12/14/12); Week 10: 12/17/12 (12/21/12); Week 11: 12/24/12 (12/28/12);Week 12: 12/ 31/12 (1/4/13).4. Prizes: There are 12 prizes. Entry Periods week 1, week 2, week 4, week 5, week6,week 8,week 9, week 10, and week 11 one prizewinner for each of the aboveentry periods will receive an Apple TV ($99 value). Entry periods week 3, week 7and week 12 one prizewinner for each week will receive an iPad with wi-fi 16GB($499 value each). The prize package has a total retail value of $2,388.5. Winner Selection: The sweepstakes winner will be randomly selected from alleligible entries received/postmarked according to the schedule presented inSection 3 “To Enter”. The prize drawing will be conducted by NASA Federal CreditUnion, whose decision is final, at the end of each Entry Period, each month and atthe end of the Sweepstakes. No prizes awarded after 1/4/2013. Odds of winningdepend on the total number of eligible entries received each Entry Period. Limit

one prize per winner, winner's household and winner's immediate family. Federal,state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the prizewinner.6. To Claim Prize: The winner will be notified via e-mail (when available), U.S. mail,telephone, and/or by overnight mail within 7 days after drawing date. Further,NASA Federal Credit Union will require that all winners sign an Affidavit ofEligibility and Liability Release form (Affidavit”). If prizewinner does not accept theprize, another random drawing will be held from the remaining eligible entries andthe prize will be awarded to the winner of that drawing.7. General Terms: Valid only in the United States. All federal, state and local lawsand regulations apply. Sweepstakes void where prohibited by law. Members andSweepstakes entrants agree to abide by the terms of these Official Rules, whichwill be posted at the NASA Federal Credit Union website throughout theSweepstakes and by the decisions of NASA Federal Credit Union which are finaland binding on all matters pertaining to this Sweepstakes. Acceptance of a prizeconstitutes permission for NASA Federal Credit Union to use the winner's nameand likeness online and in print, or any other media, in connection with theSweepstakes without additional compensation unless prohibited by law. Entrantsalso agree to the use of their name and photograph in any NASA Federal CreditUnion publication or website if drawn as prizewinner.8. Limitation of Liability: NASA Federal Credit Union does not in any way endorse,warrant, or assume liability for the prizes offered in this sweepstakes. NASAFederal Credit Union assumes no responsibility for lost, late, misdirected, illegible,postage due or mutilated entries or for any entries not accepted because ofcomputer, online, telephone or technical malfunctions that may occur. By entering,participants release and hold harmless NASA Federal Credit Union from any and allliability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connectionwith the sweepstakes or from the use or acceptance of any prize won. NASAFederal Credit Union is not responsible for printing or typographical errors in anysweepstakes related materials; or stolen, lost, late, misdirected, damaged,incomplete, or illegible entries; or applications/forms processed late, incorrectly, orlost due to computer, electronic malfunction, or human error.
