10/20/2011COMMENTConclusionsASR ProgramsYou can “Still have” control of your stocking perpetuation! Think seriously about keeping parts out of inventory until it hits your phase incriteria! Do the incentives and discounts offered from the Manufacturer to stock partsoutweigh the carrying costs? We, Parts Managers, tend to be too conservative with a single phase in guide! Consider using a more relaxed phase in table as suggested in this presentation. Breadth and Width are a good thing and can: Increase ROI Increase “Off the Shelf” performance Increase both Service and Parts ProfitsThankYou!9820 Willow Creek Road Suite 420San Diego, CA. 92131www.partsedge.com9
