(Southern Star)filed revised tariff records 1 to comply with a <strong>Letter</strong> <strong>Order</strong> <strong>issued</strong> November 29, 2012 inDocket No. RP13-86-000 (November 29, 2012 <strong>Order</strong>). The November 29, 2012 <strong>Order</strong>directed Southern Star to include <strong>NAESB</strong> Standard 2.4.17 in its tariff and either state<strong>NAESB</strong> Standard 5.3.20 or incorporate it by reference into its tariff. Southern Star hassatisfactorily complied with the November 29, 2012 <strong>Order</strong> and the referenced tariffrecords are accepted effective December 1, 2012.Public notice of the filing was <strong>issued</strong> on December 6, 2012, allowing for proteststo be filed as provided in section 154.210 of the Commission’s regulations. No protestsor adverse comments were filed.This acceptance for filing shall not be construed as a waiver of the requirements ofsection 7 of the Natural Gas Act, as amended; nor shall it be construed as constitutingapproval of the referenced filing or of any rate, charge, classification, or any rule,regulation, or practice affecting such rate or service contained in your tariff; nor shall1 Southern Star Central Gas Pipeline, Inc., <strong>FERC</strong> NGA Gas Tariff, TariffProvisions, Sheet No. 303A, , 0.1.0; Sheet No. 304, , 2.1.0; and Sheet No. 306A, , 0.1.0.
