Through engagement, communities havethe opportunity to inform service providers of theissues they face and how they, the community,can work with agencies to develop local solutions.By doing so, this will ensure that activities meetlocal needs and are more likely to succeed.The National Standards for CommunityEngagement and the ACPOS CommunityReassurance Strategy underpin the work of thisstrategy.
