You are requested to quote yourlowest rates sent by post or by hand delivery may be done same in a sealed cover marked “Quotation for Rodent and PestControl with Fogging Control Treatment for NBFGR, Lucknow. The quotation may be dropped in the tender box kept inRoom No. S-103 latest by 15.00 hours on or before 27/07/2013. The purchase will be governed by the following Terms &Conditions:1. The firms participating in the tender must fulfil the validity criteria laid down in the Govt. Sales Tax Act, labour Act(EFP). The documentary proof of registration , if required under the provisions of the said act, should be duly attached.2. Sales Tax, Service Tax, Work Contract Tax or other levy etc. if any to be charged should be indicated in the quotationseparately.3. Rasing and overwriting in the tender will render the same invalid.4. The firm submitting quotation should be the The company/Authorized dealer of Company.5. The firm should not be currently blacklisted or should not have been blacklisted by any ministry/Department in the past.The quotation of such firms as are currently blacklisted or as had been blacklisted in the past will not be considered.6. The rates quoted by the firm will remain valid for a period of one year from the date of award of contract.7. An earnest money of Rs. 5,000/- in the form of Demand Draft drawn in favor of "ICAR UNIT, NBFGR" payable atLucknow is required to be deposited alongwith the quotation. The earnest money of all unsuccessful tenderer will berefunded without any interest thereon. Quotation received without earnest money will not be considered.8- The successful tenderer will be required to deposit a Security @ 10% of the contractual value to be submitted with orderacceptance. It shall not carry any interest and shall be return on satisfactorily completion of the guarantee period.9. Payment will be made on quarterly basis on production of bills alongwith satisfactorily performance reports from the users.10. Tax at source (TDS) will be deducted as per rules.11.The firm shall be required to give name of three research Institute Libraries, where they are providing their Pest Controlservices.12. The job shall be carried out by the firm monthly basis/as per standard norms.13. The firm will have submit License from Quarantine and Protection Office to use and sell pesticides.14. The job should be carried out in Eco-Friendly manner.15. The firm should have VAT/TIN No.16. The firm should have commercial Pest Control License.17. Pest control agency should have License for stocking using of pesticides on Form VI-C and undertaking Pest ControlOperation from plant Protection Office Ministry of Agriculture Office in India.18. Pest Control Agency should have be active member of India Pest Control Association.19. Payment mode shall be preferably e-payment. Director reserves the right to cancel the contract, if the quality of work is not satisfactory or the specified schedule is notmaintained.
