Hints for best results1. Breads with a high sugar content (fruitloaf, etc.) will toast more quickly thanplain sandwich breads.2. Any type of bread can be used - white,wholemeal, kibbled wheat or wholegrain.For sweet snacks, sprinkle caster sugarover the buttered sides of the bread.3. Do not over fill your sandwiches. Onethird of a cup of filling per sandwich issufficient.4. Be careful when biting into sandwichescontaining fillings such as cheese, tomatoor jam as they retain heat and can burn ifeaten too quickly.Use of PastryReady made pastry sheets such as puff andshortcrust are ideal for making quick andeasy desserts.1.
