Every saddlebag goesthru a 13 hour post cure cycle in a computer controlled oven, slowlybringing them from 70 degrees Fahrenheit to over 200 degrees. Thisensures maximum strength and temperature stability over a wide range.Ness bags are jig drilled and lid tested to ensure proper fit and functionto your stock, factory lids. Big Bags are available in primer or gloss backfinish in several variations as listed below. Sold in pairs for all 1993 topresent FLT applications. Lids and mounting hardware are not includedbut to be re-used from your stock bags.Note: Please check fit and finish of bags prior to painting. For those whostart from scratch a pair of lids are separately available. Bags and lidsare to be installed with the OEM hinges and other hardware.To furtherenhance the looks of your Bagger we have a matching rear fendercover available that fits 1997 thru 2008 FLH and FLT Touring models.The fender cover has a license plate area with build in LED lighting, thatwill fit most European license plates.
