The placement will normally be with a local employerduring the final semester, July to September. Your placementwill enable you to gain hands-on experience of a real project andapply knowledge learned during the course in the workplace. Ourstudents have found this aspect of the course to be an invaluablenetworking opportunity, allowing them to build on their theoreticalknowledge by gaining an understanding of employers’ expectationsand skills which are recognised by industry.
