We have selected hospitals that have met extensivequality, as well as cost-effectiveness criteria to participate in our Institutes ofExcellence Transplant Facilities for solid organ transplants and bone marrowtransplants. These facilities have been contracted on a transplant-specific basisand facilities are considered participating only for the transplant type listed inthis directory.To be considered in network for coverage for transplant-related services,including evaluation, transplant, and follow-up care, you must utilize anInstitutes of Excellence participating facility that has been specifically contractedby Aetna for your transplant type. Services must be preauthorized with Aetnafor coverage to be effective.
