Thechallenge before us in the next decade is to strengthen theHuman Rights Law Network and to build the Centre forConstitutional Rights for human rights law training. 15years ago we started as a small group to enable commonpeople to use the courts to fight for justice and it is withthat vision that we continue to work.Special thanks to all our supporters and benefactors, who have helped, guided and advised us in times ofcrises and chaos. We would also like to express deepappreciation to our Trustees who have given theorganisation unconditional support and assistance overthe last 15 years. Words cannot express our gratitude toall the people who lent us their offices, computers andother infrastructure when we did not have even theminimal resources to function. A special thanks toSIDA, EED, HIVOS for having nurtured us from atiny group to a nationwide network of human rightslawyers and social workers. The current support received is spread thinly over 22offices and over 200 full time persons who work on verymodest remuneration and under difficult circumstances, some of them without computers and other facilities.Though we have many supporters, the grants we receiveare relatively small. Both the Delhi and Bombay coordinatingoffices are in rented spaces that aretemporary. The organisation has no corpus. We would appreciate any assistance, either financial orotherwise to help us maintain the dynamism and impactof our activities throughout the country. We invite you to support us in fulfilling our mission bymaking a tax-deductible donation. For information contact Director AdministrationSend all contributions in the name of:Socio-Legal Information Centre65, Masjid Road, Jungpura, New Delhi 110 014Tel: 011-24374501 / 2439692278
