Colin Vizor takes up the story“George, Tony and I were playing in a SeniorsCompetition on Thursday 11th April. Our shotstook us down the fairway towards a pond guardingthe 13th green. As we approached the green apair of Mallard ducks appeared walking togetheracross the fairway a few paces away.They stopped for a moment, the lady laid a lovelywarm, clean pale green egg on the grass in frontof us and they marched proudly off as if to say“Have this for your breakfast, you’ll play muchbetter tomorrow” !!
