Ever prayed that God would let you knowwhat He has planned for you and then sat back inamazement as you watched His plan unfold? I surehave! Before June, I had NO idea that ‘Pastor to K-6Families’ was in my future, but God did.Jeremiah 29:11 says, “For I know the plans I have foryou,” declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and notto harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.”Teaching has been my profession for the past manyyears, a job I loved. However, God planted a seed inmy heart about working at CrossRoads Church, andonce my eyes were opened to the possibility, it washumbling and revealing to see how God was workingout His plan in my life. Pieces were falling into placeand obstacles were being removed so easily that myhusband commented that he could not understand,aside from God, how I was so at peace with leavingteaching. There was no other explanation. John 14reminds me that God is faithful and I will have peaceif I trust in Him. Trusting in His plan for my life is notalways easy, but it sure has been a blessing to feel Hispeace, sense His presence and see His plans. Thankyou so much, Lord, for this truly amazing opportunity.To You be the glory!What a blessing it was to see so manyenthusiastic children come through ourdoors last Sunday!
