If you provide an easy mechanism for people to produce and share ideas, you will be amazed. People are )red of words and want to feel they are being listened to; that their ideas maSer. And true leadership is not about talking but ac)ng: making it happen.You should love what you do NOT do what you love! When people start making a difference in the work they do, they fall in love with it. It’s addic)ve. The answer is in deciding what you want to make and love to do. No one can tell you how to do it. There is no Dummies Guide. Now that is something worth thinking about.
