Mash / Lauter Tun / Hot Liquor Tank Combine Vessel separating wort<br />
from grain and storing hot liquor.<br />
• Dished top vessel, lauter tun has v-wired false bottom and hot liquor<br />
tank has a sloped bottom.<br />
• Lauter tun is equipped with top mounted light, and side mounted<br />
grain out door and grain chute.<br />
• Hot Liquor Tank equipped with level sight gauge and side mounted<br />
manway.<br />
Material:<br />
• Interior shell: 11 gauge stainless steel polished to 250 grit, fully welded,<br />
ground and polished hygiene surface.<br />
• Exterior cladding: 14 gauge 2B finished, fully welded, ground and<br />
polished.<br />
• Dished head with conical floor. A mash hydration unit on top of tank<br />
for complete doughing in of grain.<br />
• Insulation: Polyurethane foam 2” thickness.<br />
Brewkettle / Whirpool Combine vessel for infusion or decoction mashing,<br />
wort boiling, precipitating protein & polyphenols.<br />
• Steam jacket on the bottom and side of vessel to heat the wort.<br />
• Sanitary centrifugal pump with variable speed control and water<br />
cooled bearings.<br />
• Equipped with condensation stack with water spray nozzles.<br />
