Emulsify before adding water to eliminate thepossibility of staining. Once the colour starts to lift add water and rinse until the water runs clear. Lightly shampoo with White Ice Treatment Shampooand follow with White Ice Treatment Conditioner.Ensure Affinage Professional hair care is prescribed for each client to maintain their hair at home and increase colour retention between visits.Useful Hints & Colouring TipsProcessing: 30 minutes without heat, 15 - 20 minutes gentle heat1. When grey coverage is a priority, start application at the whitest areas first. Ensure sufficient product is applied to maximize coverage.2. Take into consideration the hair quality to ensure the best product is selected and applied.3. Use the Affinage Professional scales for a precise and accurate mix.4. When covering a high percentage of white with a cool reflect shade, i.e. .1, .2, .11, .21 & .221 etc. Ensure the addition of 25% - 50% Natural or ExtraNatural is used in the mix to avoid over tone and guarantee coverage.5. Generally colour will not lighten colour.6. Recommended dry heat, with the exception of high lifting Arctic Blondes where a steamer is recommended. page 15
