Since his great campaign againstGen. Miles, Joseph has been excluded from his home, and is now goingabout in an endeavor to create public sympathy, which willeventually cause his return. He addressed the assembled studentsin a very forceful manner, and made a remarkable figure clad in allthe glorious accouterments of a war chief.The <strong>Phi</strong> Delt Path, which is one of the university landmarks,has been graded and lighted, thus causing its future popularity tohang in the balance.WILBUR D.
