'The National Fraternity' was assigned to George English; 'Early Days of the Fraternity' were recalled by Judge John F.<strong>Phi</strong>lips and extempore subjects were allotted to L. J. Flint, NealWinter, E. M. Calvin, James <strong>No</strong>land, Thomas S. Redge- and WillisP. These brothers willgladly receive the names of <strong>Phi</strong>s in their respective citieswhich have not before been reported to them.
