Used asa coating for concrete warehousing and commercialstorage facilities; light manufacturing and assemblyfacilities; food and beverage facilities; hospitals; schools;new or repair applications that require quick turnaround.Contains no solvents; fast cure rates; low odor allowsinstallation in occupied areas; nonflammable,noncombustible, and noncorrosive;various surface textures can be achieved.High-Build PrimerA 100% solids epoxy primer to fill highly profiledfloors. It can be installed in one lift to a thickness of150 mils. It can be pigmented with a choice of ninecolors and should be topcoated with the appropriateSonneborn ® finish coat.Sonoplex ® Epoxy SurfacerA durable, 100% solids, high-build epoxy topcoatdesigned for medium to heavy traffic areas. It providesboth chemical and abrasion resistance in a variety ofenvironmental conditions. It can be pigmented in achoice of nine separate colors.Prime and KoteA dual-purpose, waterborne, two-component epoxycoating that can be used as a base primer or as afinish coat in areas where a low-odor installation isdesired. It is a fast drying product that allowsminimum downtime between coats and quicker returnto service.Sonothane ® VOCA one-component, high solids, VOC-compliantpolyurethane coating with high gloss. It is designed forinterior use in areas where aesthetics andperformance are preferred. It can be colored withseparate color additives in nine different colors, or canbe used as a clear topcoat for decorative aggregatebroadcast systems.Sonoglaze ® VOCA one-component, UV resistant aliphatic, VOCcompliantpolyurethane coating that can be used ininterior or exterior application. Contains no solvents; curesquickly from 40°F to 90°F, excellent bond to concrete;good abrasion resistance; greater toughness and goodchemical resistance.MASTERTOP ® APS 2056A 100% solids, hybrid polymer blend of rapidcuringresins combined with a metallic aggregateblend. Trowel-applied floor system for seamless 1/4”to 1-1/2” installations. Designed for industrial andmanufacturing facilities, and floor areas that are proneto traffic and abuse such as wastecollection and transfer stations, areas of high impactand abrasion, heavy equipment maintenance facilities,and high usage mechanical and shop floors. It offers extremely high compressiveand flexural strengths, and resists oil, grease, andmany industrial chemicals.MASTERTOP ® Topping 112A self-leveling cementitious polymer-modifiedindustrial topping for leveling and/or resurfacingdistressed industrial concrete floors. It is highly fluidand pumpable for fast installation, and gains rapidstrength for fast turnaround time.MASTERTOP ® Anvil-Top 300A heavy-duty metallic-aggregate industrial floortopping which provides extra protection againstabrasion and impact for high-traffic areas such asloading docks, heavy equipment manufacturing,and waste collection and transfer stations. It hasa high-slump screedable consistency, extendedworking time, and compressive strengths equivalent orsuperior to no-slump toppings. Resistant to oil,grease, and many industrial chemicals.Joint FillersEpoxyMASTERFILL ® 300iA semi-rigid, 100 % solids epoxy joint filler usedfor filling non-moving concrete joints or filling andsealing wire slots in concrete pavement. Theeconomical filler is conveniently mixed at a 1:1volume ratio and provides protection and prevention ofspalling in non-moving control and relief jointsin manufacturing, warehouse and commercialapplications.PolyureaMASTERFILL ® 400 CTA two-component, polyurea control joint filler withrapid gel and tack free times for faster turnaround ofhorizontal joints in concrete, industrial floors, runways,highways, bridges, plazas, water treatment andsewage plants. This VOC compliant and solvent freesystem provides resistance to chemicals, abrasion,hydrocarbon attack, corrosion and bonds to dissimilarsubstrates when applied.
