• lasers• explosives and highly flammable substances.• real flame.• strobe lighting.MC52MC53MC54MC55MC56MC57MC58No person shall give at the premises any exhibition, demonstration orperformance of hypnotism, mesmerism or any similar act or process whichproduces or is intended to produce in any other person any form ofinduced sleep or trance in which susceptibility of the mind of that personto suggestion or direction is increased or intended to be increased.NOTE: (1) This rule does not apply to exhibitions given under theprovisions of Section 2(1A) and 5 of the Hypnotism Act 1952.In relation to the (specified function room) there shall be no admissionafter (midnight) other than to(1) residents of the hotel and their bona fide guests, or(2) persons attending a pre-booked functionAll functions in the (specified function room) shall be pre-booked orticketed eventsWith the exception of residents and their bona fide guests, no alcohol shallbe consumed more than (30) minutes after the permitted hour for thesupply of alcoholThere shall be no sales of hot food or hot drink for consumption off thepremises after 23.00.Patrons permitted to temporarily leave and then re-enter the premises,e.g. to smoke, shall not be permitted to take drinks or glass containerswith them.No person on behalf of the premises or on behalf or a person carrying orattempting to carry on a licensable activity shall cause, permit, employ orallow, directly or indirectly, whether on payment or otherwise, anyperson(s) to importune, solicit or tout members of the public on any publichighway within the specified area outlined below for the purpose ofbringing customers to the premises. The distribution of leaflets or similarpromotional material is also prohibited within the specified area.For the purpose of this section,‘Directly’ means:- employ, have control of or instruct.‘Indirectly’ means allowing / permitting the service of or through a thirdparty.
