Authority under section 28 of the Licensing Act 2003 (the Act)(ii) A period of 28 days from the date of surrender has elapsed(iii) No application by any person under section 42 of the Act for a transferof the licence has been made within the period referred to in paragraph (ii)above, (or any such application has been withdrawn); and(iv) the licence(s) has accordingly lapsed by virtue of section 28(3) (andsection 50(6) if applicable) of the Act.MC63MC64MC65MC66As soon as possible, and in any event within 1 month from the grant ofthis licence, the premises shall join the local Pubwatch or other local crimereduction scheme approved by the police, and local radio scheme ifavailable.Queuing outside the premises shall be restricted to a designated arealocated at (specify location)No deliveries to the premises shall take place between (23.00) and(08.00) on the following day.The premises shall only operate as a restaurant(i) in which customers are shown to their table,(ii) where the supply of alcohol is by waiter or waitress service only,(iii) which provide food in the form of substantial table meals that areprepared on the premises and are served and consumed at the tableusing non disposable crockery,(iv) which do not provide any take away service of food or drink forimmediate consumption,(v) which do not provide any take away service of food or drink after23.00, and(vi) where alcohol shall not be sold or supplied, otherwise than forconsumption by persons who are seated in the premises and bona fidetaking substantial table meals there, and provided always that theconsumption of alcohol by such persons is ancillary to taking such meals.Notwithstanding this condition customers are permitted to take from thepremises part consumed and resealed bottles of wine supplied ancillary totheir meal.MC67MC68Patrons permitted to temporarily leave and then re-enter the premises tosmoke shall be restricted to a designated smoking area defined as(specify location).All external emergency exit doors shall be fitted with sensor alarms andvisible indicators to alert staff when the doors have been opened.
