‘Specified' Area’ means the area encompassed within (insert name ofboundary roads.)MC59Prior to any "designated sporting event" (as defined in the Sporting EventsControl of Alcohol Act 1985) the premises licence holder shall ensure that;(i) Alcohol sales in respect of cans of beer or cider are limited to no morethan 4 cans per person for a minimum of four hours before thecommencement of the relevant designated sporting event;(ii) No sales of alcohol in bottles or glass containers are made in theperiod four hours before the commencement of the designated sportingevent;(iii) Alcohol sales cease for a period of one hour immediately before thecommencement of the relevant designated sporting event;(iv) On any day where there is a relevant designated sporting event takingplace, the premises will not externally advertise as a result of a local storepromotion the availability of beer or cider in such a way as to be likely tobe the sole inducement to attract persons to the premises who are eitherattending the designated sporting event or in the vicinity of the premisesas a result of the designated sporting event;(v) All members of staff working at the premises are informed of thiscondition prior to taking up employment;(vi) On the day of the relevant designated sporting event, upon thedirection of a police officer, using the grounds of the prevention of crimeand disorder or public safety, the premises will immediately cease to sellalcohol until further directed by the police or until the relevant designatedsporting event has finished.MC60MC61MC62The licence holder shall enter into an agreement with a hackney carriageand/or private carriage firm to provide transport for customers, withcontact numbers made readily available to customers who will beencouraged to use such services.Notwithstanding condition (MC 38 / MC66), alcohol may be supplied andconsumed prior to their meal in the bar area (designated on the plan), byup to a maximum at any one time, of (12) persons dining at the premises.This licence shall not take effect until:(i) Notice of surrender of licence number xx/xxxxx/xxxx (and any otherlicence as may be in force at the premises), accompanied by the premiseslicence, has been given by the premises licence holder to the Licensing
