A non-refundable registration fee <strong>of</strong> $25 is required eachsemester. Tuition <strong>and</strong> fees must be paid in full prior to the registrationdeadline. A fee <strong>of</strong> $25 will be charged for returned checks <strong>and</strong>/ordeclined credit card charges. Students enrolling in an open studioclass are not required to pay a registration fee <strong>and</strong> receive no grades orcontinuing education units.NON-CREDIT COURSES & TUITIONStudents who enroll in a Non-Credit Continuing Education course mayrequest a Pass/Fail grade upon course completion. Students receivecontinuing education units (CEUS) upon successful completion <strong>of</strong> aclass. CEUs are nationally-recognized units earned by participation inqualified Continuing Education Programs which document non-creditwork completed. One CEU is awarded for every 10 hours <strong>of</strong> classparticipation. CEUs are not equivalent to college credits <strong>and</strong> no lettergrade or <strong>of</strong>ficial transcript is provided for non-credit coursework.CREDIT COURSES & TUITIONStudents who are interested in receiving college credit, including aletter grade (A-F), an <strong>of</strong>ficial transcript <strong>and</strong> a record held in perpetuityin the Registrar’s <strong>of</strong>fice should enroll in classes for credit. Credit tuitionis calculated at the rate <strong>of</strong> $450 per credit hour. In such a case, the student is entitled to a fullrefund <strong>of</strong> tuition <strong>and</strong> fees. Students will be notified <strong>of</strong> cancellations orchanges as soon as possible <strong>and</strong> given the option <strong>of</strong> enrolling in adifferent class or receiving a full refund.
