Localvendors will showcase their tasty works that show off how to satiate Portland'sappetite for decadent desserts. An outline of the chocolate's lineage from thehumble bean to a tempting confection leads you through tastings to help youappreciate and recognize chocolate in its various forms and types—includingcakes, nibs, cookies, or cocktails!
