<strong>Press</strong> <strong>Lines</strong> and Plant OverviewSeokyung• The plant has been supplying stampings and subassembliesto automotive, heavy truck and other industriesfor many years.• The recent plant upgrades have made the plant a virtuallynew facility, well equipped for the production of a variety ofparts and assemblies.• Capabilities range from parts with blank sizes between1.8kg & 45kg. <strong>Press</strong> lines range from 3378mm to two4572mm bed press lines with lead off draw pressesbetween 1600 and 3250 tons. In addition, there are transferpresses to 1250 tons.• Component and weld assembly capabilities includeexposed and unexposed parts in both steel and aluminum.Part characteristics include structural rails, pillars, internalpanels, roofs, doors, quarter panels, floor panels and bodysides.• Blanking - " Blanking - Six blanking presses and twoautomatic shear lines that allow plant to handle internalcoil to press requirements.• Stamping - 6 tandem press lines, 4 of which are roboticand 2 equipped with conventional automation.
