The new developer shall confirm it has the financial ability to comply with allproject requirements.106. The permit holder shall provide monthly reports certifying compliance with each condition duringconstruction and during the first year following the project's commercial operation date. Thepermit holder may designate the project manager or other appropriate employee, contractor,consultant, or owner, with adequate knowledge regarding permit compliance, to sign and file thereports. The <strong>County</strong> may require certain conditions to be addressed by a professional engineer,licensed in the State of Washington, or qualified professional, as appropriate.
