(Signatory must be Transmit the RA signed by client LSG Staff ASAPauthorized to sign on behalf of to the ODG for signing by the DG.the company) - o -Sign RA DG 15 minutes10 Have RA notarized; Submit Record notarized RA and release LSG / OBS ASAP - o -notarized RA to LSG.RA & CR.11 Provide copy of RA & CR to SRU. Receive copy of RA & CR.
