In the NewsAffiliated Foods Introduces Jason BrooksAffiliated Foods would like to introduce JasonBrooks, our new Website Designer.Biography: Jason A. BrooksI enlisted for 6 years in the U.S. Navy where Iwas an Intelligence Specialist assigned to NavalSpecial Warfare Mission Strike. My jobwas to study enemy capabilities, armament, satellite imagery, and threat level to developthe safe attack, extraction, and escape routesfor Underwater Warfare and Special OperationUnits. After the Navy, I finished my BS degree in CIS (Computer Information Systems) from Colorado State University. Ihave since worked as the Website Manager in Amarillo for Anderson Merchandisers, News Channel 10, and Bell Helicopter.I work really hard at being a good Dad to my two son's Ryder James Brooks (9), and Jett Adventure Brooks (turning 2 in June). Weare looking forward to welcoming a little sister into the family this June as well. I also have a stunning fiancé named Geannie whois a talented artist as well and stay at home Mom.A lot of my spare time involves my kiddos, but when I do get "Grown-Up" time, I spend it at the shooting range. I enjoy buildingand modifying gun's from the ground up. I also enjoy computer animation and design. I own a side business called AmarilloGraphics that allows me to keep up with current design trends and website coding standards. After spending 6 years in the Military and having the job that I did, I very often find myself in the mindset of "Yes Sir/No Sir/StayQuiet Until Called Upon", which is one of the reasons why I'm a Website Designer, not a lot of face to face interaction. It just takesme a while to loosen up and feel at home someplace and then I assure you, I will be one of the funniest people you have ever met.AFI would like to welcome Jason, hoping that he will feel at home in no time. We wish you many, many years of ongoing successwith our company. The Affiliated Family News“I can imagine no more rewarding a career. And any man who may be asked in this century what he did to make his life worthwhile,I think can respond with a good deal of pride and satisfaction: 'I served in the United States Navy.”― John F.
