4 th Wealth Management Symposium ‘Quality Management in
Private Banking’
The 4 th Wealth Management Symposium was once again a great success, with more
than 130 participants, who met and discussed possible quality assessment models in
wealth management. A central topic was the question as to whether a balance can be
found between individualisation and standardisation of private banking services in
light of falling margins. Different success factors in private banking were also examined,
as was the relationship between invest performance and customer service quality.
