Theserestrooms will be available to theusers and spectators of the baseball field, softball field,skate park & bike path.SterlingThe community initiative grant willbe used in conjunction with theschools sporting budget to helpfund new helmets, jerseys, pants, pads and trainingequipment for the Sterling High School FootballProgram. The Sterling High School Football Program’smission is ‘creating successful lives and bolsteringcommunity and school unity through integrity,selflessness, faith and courage.’PHOTOGRAPHYSundance Images is happy to provide photographyservices for the 2015 Pedal The Plains Tour.Photographers will be positioned along the route,taking great shots of cyclists during the ride. As cyclistsjourney by, a large letter (alphabet A-Z) that representsthe “letter group” will be displayed. There will also be aclock present. Sundance Images will set up at the endof each day at the Headquarters or Entertainment Site.Cyclists may find their photo by the “letter group” thatwas identified on the route and/or the time displayedwhile riding by.TOUR-END CELEBRATION FOR 3-DAY TOURSunday, September 20 marks the end of the 2015Pedal The Plains Tour. Julesburg will host the tourendcelebration on the lawns of the Sedgwick CountyCourthouse from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. (See mapof Julesburg on page 26.) Entertainment, food and avariety of refreshments will be available.Invite your family and friends to join the party andcelebrate your accomplishment. Parking will beavailable on neighboring streets an there will be asecure area provided for bicycles at the finish line.Other services such as, showers, baggage and AlpineCycle Connection will be staged at the Julesburg HighSchool, two blocks away.The Closing Ceremony is scheduled for 2:30 p.m., don’tmiss your chance to win a brand new CannondaleBicycle – you must be present to win!40
