Der Einsatz dieser Laminar-Flow-Module ist vielseitig und
erfolgt in der industriellen Fertigung zum Produktschutz
über
- Abfüllstationen / Verpackungsanlagen
- in der Pharmazeutischen Industrie, Lebensmittel- und
Kosmetik-Industrie
- beim Farbstofflasern oder bei Montageprozessen,
die unter Reinraumbedingungen zu betreiben sind und
bei denen das Produkt nicht emittiert.
Die Module lassen sich zu Anlagenvarianten unterschiedlicher
Größen und Anordnungen konfigurieren. Z. B. auch
über Eck- oder T-förmig.
Zur serienmäßigen Ausstattung gehören:
- stufenlos regelbare Gebläse
- Beleuchtung
- Luftgeschwindigkeitsmesser mit Analog- oder Digitalanzeige
- Vorfilter EU 3, Hochleistungs-Schwebstofffilter
mit einem Abscheidegrad von 99,99% Klasse 5
Es ist eine einfache und platzsparende Montage der Module
durch Deckenabhängung, auf Stützen stehend, oder auch
verfahrbar möglich.
