General CongressInformationAbstractsBadgesBank servicesCertificate of attendanceCertificate of European CME creditsThe abstract CD Rom is included in your congress bag and contains all the abstracts whichhave been accepted by the programme committee.All delegates and accompanying persons will receive a name badge at the registrationdesk in the foyer of the ICC Berlin. This badge is the official conference ID and should be worn at all times in order to gain entry to the meeting rooms and exhibition halls. A delegate’s badge grants entry to the various elements of the scientific programme.Admission to the Congress will not be allowed without badge identification.Vouchers for courses and workshops that have been booked in advance will be handed out with the registration materials.Every delegate is asked to check when they receive their congress materials that allvouchers for services booked are present. Later objections will not be accepted. Thesevouchers allow the delegate to attend courses and workshops that have been booked andpaid for in addition to the registration fee. Only delegates who have registered for theCongress or paid for a day ticket may participate in courses or workshops. Please notethat lost or forgotten vouchers will not be refunded. A day pass will be issued for EUR 20if a badge is forgotten. Lost badges will be reissued for a handling and production fee ofEUR 30.Your badge will feature a barcode containing your full address and e-mail. It is yourdecision whether or not you wish to disclose these details to exhibitors via a barcodescanner.Banks are open from 10.00 am to 4.00 pm, Monday to Friday. At Tegel airport you will findan international currency exchange which is open from 5.00 am to 9.30 pm seven days a week. ATM machines and services are generally provided outside of banks and accept all international credit cards, Maestro, Cirrus and Bancomat cards. An ATM is alsoavailable at the information desk in the foyer of the ICC.All registered attendees, whether they register in advance or on site, will receive a certificate of attendance issued on site.The certificate of European CME credits will be available to registered participants onlineafter the Congress. Full attendance at the Congress entitles a delegate to 18 EuropeanCME credits (ECMECs).GeneralCongressInformationCloakroom and storageA cloakroom and luggage deposit located at the main entrance will be available duringthe official Congress time schedule.
